Scones Of Praise

On Sunday afternoons we often make scones and have them with jam and cream. It is a bit of a competition to see who can make the lightest fluffiest scones.  How ever they turn out nothing detracts from the enjoyment of eating them. Lulu’s face reflects the pleasure we all take in scoffing them down.

  1. Lisa bought a ready made pack, just add milk, from UK, they were soft and jummie!!!

    Lately I use Ed’s award winning recipe for scone, basically using self rising flour.
