What do grains, sugar and culottes pants have in common?
They are all bad for your health.
When I decided to cut sugar and grains from my diet it was the best decision I had ever made, that and the time when I decided culottes pants were no longer welcome in my wardrobe. Those things were seriously awful.
In making these cuts I experienced amazing benefits such as;
no longer going out looking like I’m off to a fancy dress party as a Brownie.
Seriously though the health benefits were tremendous:
Weight loss and muscle tone
Less pronounced menopause symptoms
Controlled hunger and
a lot of extra energy
