A while ago I posted a recipe for my muesli. That was then, this is now. My muesli reloaded is grain free and sugar free. It is keto friendly as long as you control your portion size. I have 50 gm in the morning with 20 gm raspberries and my coconut yogurt.
The cocoa nibs make this something a little more special.
