Coconut yoghurt. If I had known how easy this is to make, well, lets just say my ‘gut flora’ would have benefited a lot sooner. Once again my food photography is abysmal, but rest assured it tastes yum.
- 2 pro-biotic capsules
- 3 cans of Ayam coconut milk
- Empty milk and capsules into Esi-Yo yoghurt maker container
- Shake to combine.
- Pour boiling water to the mark in the Esi-Yo maker.
- Leave for 24 hours
Simple pimple. Give it a go, it is much better for you than the dairy version.
